En-Ami, Kringe,
Dedlock, Low Gear, and Stillborn Nursery @ Dreamworld Music Complex-
Friday, February 27
En-Ami started off
the show with their own brand of metal- fast, repetitive- bangbangbang!
The singer went "waaaa!" and the guitarist was really something else.
All in all, they were pretty ferocious.
Kringe, from
Shreveport, Lousiana, hit the stage like a wrecking ball! They were so
energetic, it was unbelievable! Their bassist was really hot too.
I saw Dedlock about
a year ago, when River Tunnell was still in the band, and they were a
metal outfit. Not they are totally different. Better, according to
River himself. The whole band is made up of younger guys, and they make
alternative music now. Dex, the singer, was incredibly passionate. The
crowd loved them, especially when they played "Revolution." They didn't
move much though.
Low Gear was wild,
full of energy. When they went on, the mosh pit really picked up. They
seemed to have a lot of pre-recorded sounds.
Stillborn Nursery
drove the moshpit into a frenzy. They gave out free t-shirts to whoever
could fuck up other people the most. They ended their set with their
infamous ong, "My America."
